At an early age, Shelly's Italian grandmother taught her the art of cooking, which inspired her life-long love of all things culinary. When she moved to St. Thomas as a young girl, Shelly developed a passion for Caribbean cuisine and the fresh, local ingredients the island produces year round. Shelly began cooking desserts for restaurants in the early 1980s and has since expanded her business to become the island's premier catering company. Keeping with tradition, Shelly has shared her love of cooking with her family, including her two daughters and two sons. Today, Shelly's dishes, desserts, and wedding cake masterpieces are created with the same love and dedication she's built her reputation on for over 30 years.
